About this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the personal data that we collect from you when you use our website https://velaapps-13ab9.web.app (the “Website”) and our mobile applications named Christmas Coloring, Animal coloring pages and Coloring Books for Girl (the “Apps”) (collectively, Vela apps”).
Our Privacy Policy tells you what personal data and non-personal data we collect from you, how we collect them, how we protect them, how we share them, how you can access and change them, and how you can limit our sharing of them. The Privacy Policy also explains certain legal rights that you have with respect to your personal data.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
- Non-personal data is information that is in no way personally identifiable.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service Provider refers to third-party companies.

We do not use it for any purposes that are different from the purposes for which your personal data was provided. Personal data collected through the Apps
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you or your children through the Apps. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.
When you contact us by email, occasionally we have access to your name, email address, and any information that you decide to provide us in your message. We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide you with the requested information.
Sensitive data
We do not collect or have access to any special categories of personal data (“sensitive data”) from you, unless you decide, at your own discretion, to provide such data to us.
Feedback
If you contact us, we may keep records of any questions, complaints, recommendations, or compliments made by you and the response. Where possible, we will de-identify your personal data (i.e., we will remove all personal data that is not necessary for keeping such records).
Analytics
All Vela apps designed for kids do not include third-party analytics tools.
For some other apps, we may use our third-party analytics service provider Firebase (https://firebase.google.com) which automatically collects the technical and non-personal data from you. We use such data to analyse the technical aspects of your use and optimize appliccation for your needs.
Third-party ads
All Vela apps designed for kids do not include third-party advertising.
For some other apps, we may integrate Google Admob (https://admob.google.com) to serve you third-party advertisements.
Payments
We provide paid products and/or services within the Apps. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Cookies
When you visit our website, occasionally we may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking usage information. Parts of Vela apps, are designed for use by children. We do not collect personal data from children who are under the age to provide their personal data or who cannot provide their valid consent under the COPPA. We realize that a child who is under the age to provide valid consent may try to access Vela apps and provide consent where it is required. Therefore, we ask all users of the Apps to specify their age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age that requires parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using Vela apps without your consent, please contact us. Before we remove any information, we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of information. If we discover that a child is accessing Vela apps without parental consent, we will delete his or her information as soon as possible.
Our applications may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
